Qwest Choice OnLine Installation

Modem Rental

• No modem rental required for Qwest Choice TV subscribers. Otherwise, modem rental is $5 a month.
• Qwest Choice TV installation charge of $29.99 waived with any Qwest Choice OnLine installation.

* Prices for Qwest Choice TV or Qwest home phone subscribers only. Qwest Choice TV packages start at $9.99 a month. For customers without Qwest Choice TV or any Qwest home phone services, the cost for Qwest Choice OnLine is $31.99 a month, and Qwest Choice OnLine Deluxe is $44.99 a month.
