You can use the Qwest.net Account Manager to reset passwords for your sub accounts. To do this you need to know the password to your Qwest.net primary account. If you do not know the password to your primary account, go to the CenturyLink Chat Page and select Internet (Tech) Support. You must be the authorized party on your account in order to request password changes. |
