For example, if you live in an apartment building, in a nursing home, or in another type of multi-dwelling facility. This will assist us in being able to respond promptly to your request for Lifeline benefits.

To qualify for CenturyLink Internet Basics you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Reside where CenturyLink™ offers Internet service
  • Have not subscribed to CenturyLink Internet service within the last 90 days and are not a current CenturyLink Internet customer
  • Do not have an overdue CenturyLink bill or unreturned equipment
  • Follow current guidelines for Lifeline/TAP phone service programs
