My CenturyLink is an efficient, convenient and safe way to:

• View and pay your bill
• Order CenturyLink products and services
• View the status of your orders
• Request a phone service repair
• Check status of an existing phone service repair
• Manage multiple CenturyLink accounts (your accounts, your parents' account, your children's account, etc.)

There are a few exceptions to who can use My CenturyLink. You will not be able to use My CenturyLink to manage your account online if any of the following describes your service type:

• You have only long-distance service with CenturyLink. (View and pay your bill online here.)
• You are a small business and only have long-distance service with Qwest.
• You are a large business customer. (Manage your account online here.)
